Fulton Parking Garage

We have been parking at the Fulton Street Garage for 10 years. We have been extremely pleased with the service we have received from the team. Naty is very courteous and very friendly. She is knowledgeable about the area and has helped us with our questions. The other thing we appreciate is the shuttle service to and from the port. The men who load the shuttle are friendly, respectful and careful with our luggage. They ask if you have electronics in your backpack. If you do they suggest you keep it with you in the van to avoid any damage to your technology. We have never had any damage to our vehicle over the years. Great place to trust for your car.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible experience with Fulton Garage and their staff, and they truly saved our cruise. On the day of our cruise, our rental car had a check engine light come on and had to be exchanged, which put us seriously behind schedule. We had to be on the ship by 2:30, and our GPS was showing us arriving at the parking garage right at 2:30. We called the garage to explain our situation, and the manager was absolutely amazing. She was calm, pleasant, and the very first person to reassure us that they were going to get us on that cruise. While we were driving, she even called us back to get updates on our arrival time and explained exactly what we needed to do, including having our cash ready. I would give 0 stars if I could. Irate is not even the best word that comes to mind. We parked in the oversized parking lot for our cruise. We did not have a choice , but to park here because we could not fit in the garage. There were 5 cameras on the truck. We were told do not worry about anything they constantly check the cameras and every hour someone is down in the parking lot personally checking vehicles. Guess what…. The truck bed cover got cut up and someone attempted to help themselves to the belongings that were locked inside. We filed a police report and Fulton said there was nothing they could do. $1500 worth of damage we are out plus fees to park here.

Used this garage to park for a week as I was going on a cruise boat and it was the cheapest at $127....car was safe and covered. Make sure you take a picture of number next to your car as was recommended to me and it saved the day. I saw countless people walking around trying to find their cars and were unable to easily without their photograph of that number. Enjoy your trip!

Based on other reviews I was somewhat hesitant to park here during our cruise. This was an extremely easy and secure option. I was very impressed with the ease of use and especially the friendliness of the attendees. More convinced than ever by some of the less than stellar reviews that some people simply can’t be pleased.
