Furlough's Contracting

Kevin and his crew members Pete and Alonzo are a class act. I hired them to install a 1000ft driveway and parking pad. Don’t worry about not getting a call back if you leave a message for Kevin. He was very responsive to all my calls. Kevin and Pete used a pavement machine to lay down gravel, giving the drive a defined finished look. They both then went beyond the call of duty by assisting me with moving a shipping container that the moving company could not have accomplished without Kevin and Pete’s help and Kevin skid steer. Finally when all done with the driveway, Kevin and Pete were gracious enough to allocate some time to fix some yard ruts and do some grading. Shoutout to Alonzo for keeping the hungry pavement machine fed. Call Kevin, you won’t be disappointed

WOW! Kevin and his came to our house yesterday and today did a fantastic job on our parking area, walkways, and driveway. I could not ask for a more professional job. Kevin was really easy to talk to and understanding after we wanted to add two more areas that we didn't discuss in the our previous quote. He is the real deal and I wish every contractor could have the attitude and customer service quality that he and his crew have! Thank you so much for a job WELL DONE! Be seeing in a few months to get the sealing done our new paved areas and driveway!

Kevin was a blessing for my Wife and I...he and his crew turned our old asphalt driveway into a welcome home road with true curb appeal ....could not be happier !!!! He is extremely professional and a honest Christian.... truly a rare find . The electric company damaged some of the work Kevin and his crew started .. they did not complain at all and completed project in a very timely fashion . Thank you Kevin for everything.. we will see again soon !!!!

After several years of asking family if they knew anyone who did asphalt or gravel work for our NC home and the answer every time was "NO". Once, my mother's car got stuck in the mud, I knew it was time for me to search the internet for a contractor. I desired three quotes, but I located two companies and one company did not call back. However, Kevin called immediately and was willing to come to the home in a short period of time to give a quote. We asked for a quote for all gravel, and a portion of gravel and asphalt. When he gave the quote of both gravel and asphalt the asphalt cost was higher than gravel. I called him and asked what was the difference between the both and he explained the difference. What I thought was noble was that Kevin did not push the asphalt over gravel because

We were quoted prices for concrete driveways and they weren't even close to affordable for us. Mr Furlough came and quoted a very fair and reasonable price and we allowed him to do our driveway. He and his crew were kind and although we were happy with what he did, it wasnt to his quality standard. That was why we need a space to park and we called him again. Recommend him for anyone I know doing asphalt
