to defend Fusco Brothers, I observed that some of these contractors do not know what they are doing. they come in and want the salesperson to figure out how much material they need. that's not what they are there for. if you give them what you want and how much they can quote a correct price. they are there to sell you the material and you much you need. also they post all kinds of signs for were to park and were to shut the engine. fumes go in the main building and office. that's why there signs. people just refuse to read.

Terrible. I called for 9 yards of 3/4" washed stone and was told it would be delivered the same afternoon by 4:30 p.m. I took a half day off of work because I always want to be present when deliveries are made at my residence. I received a call at 3:30 p.m. telling me they would not be able to make the delivery that day which was a big inconvenience for me, but since they were apologetic and seemed sincere I agreed to take the delivery first thing the following morning. The truck showed up at 7:00 a.m. as promised. Unfortunately the driver, who I later learned is the owner of the company, did not know how to drive a relatively small single axle dump truck. We ordered pea gravel and 1/2 pallet of colonial wall stone to complete a backyard project. We were told to pick out the pallet we wanted and tie a ribbon with our name on it so we got what we wanted, which we did. Upon delivery, the stones and pallet were dropped in the yard; the pallet upside down. When we went to start our project a few days later, we discovered the stones were not the ones we had tagged. What they delivered was a different color with a big variance in the thickness of the stones. Why do they have you pick something out and tag it if they are not going to deliver what you tag? My husband went back to the yard and sure enough, our pallet, name and all was still there. Very disappointed that they brought the wrong stones and we were unable to return them. While the

Would not recommend shopping here due the older caucasian woman who I assume is the owner because of her nasty attitude. There’s a way to talk to and treat your clients and this woman came outside to lecture me about turning my work vehicle off even though I explained I was having a hard time starting this particular truck. Her attitude was extremely rude … as if Fusco Brothers is the only place to purchase material. Highly disappointed, someone much kinder should replace her.

Coming from the voice of a contractor, I suggest looking elsewhere. Decided going to them for the first time but as you try to call and look up prices, no one is there to offer you the proper assistance or even answer the phone. The customer service is horrible! I repeat horrible! The woman that works in sales has a nasty attitude and does not return calls for quotes and pricing. Overall, just from my first time working with them, I will never again. Save your time and effort and go to a company that thrives in customer service and professionalism.
