Haas is an exceptional repair technician with genuine integrity. When my dryer suddenly stopped working, I tried a few quick fixes on my own, but nothing helped. Haas arrived and diagnosed the issue within 20 minutes. Because the dryer is older and the necessary part is no longer manufactured, he was honest in advising me to replace the unit rather than gamble on a used or counterfeit part. He explained that a temporary fix simply wasn’t worth the long-term risk. During his visit, he also noticed that my dryer ducts hadn’t been cleaned and warned me about the serious fire hazard that posed. As a renter, I rely on my landlord to keep up with inspections so I was stunned to learn they were not cleaned. Haas’s thoroughness may very well have prevented a house fire. I highly recommend FUSE

Literally charged me $99 for less than one minute to tell me I need a new radiator. They said they did a diagnostic, but John did not do a diagnostic. He was literally there 30 seconds. Also very disappointed in the time it took to replace a simple part. It was freezing and I had already paid the diagnostic so I had no choice but to wait the 2 weeks for installation. Basically paid $350 for a sensor replacement that took 5 minutes to replace .
