Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Napa

Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair has an easy website to book an appointment. They were actually able to come earlier than originally scheduled, but asked me first. They gave me a heads up when the technician was arriving along with his name and picture identification. The technician was able to repair my appliance within minutes. I would definitely use this business again.

First time trying Fuse HVAC and it was awesome! Olivia is the one who’s setting up my appointment and responding to my text for a short period of time is really nice. For the technician Jason, he’s on time and knows what he’s doing. I do appreciate your help and if I ever have any problem again, i would contact you guys again. Thank you!!

Dennis, Max, Bob, and the entire team were professional, clean, efficient, and incredibly respectful. They worked quietly and left everything spotless. The communication from start to finish was smooth, timely, and clear with helpful text updates that made the whole process stress-free. Bob and his accompanying technician were kind, courteous, and very skilled at what they do. The install looks fantastic, and everything works perfectly. My mom was so impressed, she’s planning to hire them too! This is hands down the best HVAC service I’ve experienced in Napa. Local, trustworthy, and top-tier in quality and customer service. I’m so grateful :-) 10/10!

Excellent work. Heater fan was malfunctioning, another HVAC company diagnosed it and said it was the control board. I ordered and installed the board myself and the problem persisted. I called Fuse for a second opinion and they diagnosed a bad fan motor. They were able to get a new motor installed in three days at a very competitive price. I would definitely use Fuse again.

Jason is a professional. He never found a leak but not for looking. He spent 2 hours on the job. He took apart the machine but found nothing. We ran a complete wash cycle, nothing ! I would highly recommend Jason.
