So James was my repair man for a dryer that sounded like a UH-1 landing in my basement. He gave me a quote spent several hours troubleshooting, ordering parts and I think ultimately, improving the performance of the machine. He was always polite, professional and courteous. Secretly, I think him trying to repair my stubborn dryer became almost personal for him, he looked VERY satisfied when he was done. Despite the multiple parts and unexpected time, he never went over the original quote given and applied the diagnostic fee to the final bill. Amazing service and communication!
