Ivo the owner of Fusion Garage Door seemed like a nice guy. However his business savvy was definitely lacking. He informed me that I needed a new motor on Dec 16th. He didn't install that motor until Jan 3rd (19 days later). I had to either call or text him for updates and on some texts he didn't even respond. On Jan 3rd when he installed the motor he never mentioned the delay. I asked him if he could program my keypad and he told me that the keypad was too old to work with the new motor, which turned out to be untrue. I reached out to Genie Garage Company and they told me how to program the keypad and now it's working. I also got rid of my warranty company since they knew of the lack of service that Fusion Garage Door was providing. I definitely won't use or refer them to anyone.
