Fusion Home Systems

We were serviced by Fusion on 7-19-2019 our window shutter on the second floor stopped working. The repair person came out and said it was originally installed wrong.. even though it was working for 20 years. He reversed the shutter and said it was fixed.. we didn’t try it again till Sept when we had a threat of Cat 5 hitting the coast. We rolled it down and when the storm missed us we tried to roll it back up and it doesn’t move. I’ve placed 3 to 4 calls to the company and the first few calls I was told the repair person will call me back to arrange a time. No calls to me.. The last few times I called all I get is an answering machine and no call back. I am reporting the company to Nikki Fried the Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services.. we are very disappointed that we have to

We phoned Fusion 3 years ago before a hurricane & they were the only company who came out to help us. They have been our hurricane shutter go-to company ever since. They maintain as well as fix, and are wonderful to work with...reasonable, honest, professional and kind. Highly recommend Fusion Home Systems.

They came out and measured my windows. They said I would have the quote later that night in my email. Two days later I still had no quote. I called twice and texted twice. No answer or return call. The next (day three) I called they finally picked up and said I would have the quote later that night. Next day (day four) still no quote. Today makes one week and still no quote. If you don’t want to do the job just tell me. Why is that so hard???? Horrible!!!

These guys came on time, fixed my shutters, and cleaned up after themselves. Exactly the kind of serive you hope for when you call a company. Would definitely recommend

Absolute worst. If I could give no stars i would. Called for en estimate and was given a date and two hour window. No show. Called at end of day and they had no excuse as to why nobody showed up. Gave them a second chance guy comes over first thing next day, gives quote and i except and schedule for a week later. Was given a one hour window. Waited at house for that hour again no show so I leave to take care of other things. Guys calls 45 mins after the window says he is on the way. Told him that’s twice my time has been wasted and to forget about it. Look elsewhere people.
