Futch's Landscape

I used Futch’s for a driveway and sidewalk. I got quotes and worked with 4 other companies in the area. Mandy and Jenny inspired the most confidence in ability to deliver and were also very competitive price wise. Mandy took ownership of the project and worked with me to make sure it is what the property needed and I wanted. I highly recommend Mandy. I am very pleased with the results. Most projects will encounter issues, you want a company that will work with you to overcome those issues, Futch’s and Mandy did a phenomenal job at this.

I have been living in my new-build home for barely 1 1/2 years. Futch's is the contractor my builder used to install the irrigation system. Less than a year after moving in, one of the irrigation boxes began leaking due to a broken pipe. Under warranty, Futch's fixed it. About 6 months later, a few months beyond my one-year warranty, the irrigation box on the other side of the house began leaking. Futch's fixed that at no cost to me. Less than a year after the leak in the first box was fixed, it sprung another leak due to a broken pipe. This time, however, even though it was very obvious it must be a faulty pipe, Futch's would come out to replace the pipe without charging me for a new one, but they would charge me a visit fee. We have known this company since 2008 and it has been an excellent resource for us for irrigation systems, maintenance and lawn maintenance. Honest, professional, reliable and this crew are the best. Futch's Landscaping is responsible for the grounds maintenance around our condo buildings. It seems their goal is speed on the mowers rather then making sure all the grass is cut. The missed places are ridiculous. The different grass heights look horrible. We might as well hire a bunch of teenagers with push mowers for what we get. And don't get me started on the weeds they are supposed to pull. When they do pull them they leave them in a pile by the flower beds. I could go on.
