Very good experience with Future Restoration. They came fast when I had water problem and start working right away. Team was respectful, explain everything simple, and keep the area clean. They help a lot with the process and make it less stressful. Honest people and good work. I recommend them for anyone needing water damage help.

I paid Alex, the owner of Future Roof & Restoration, to replace a damaged steel security door at a neighborhood strip shopping center. Unfortunately, I paid him in full before he began the project. During the next several weeks, I frequently asked Alex when the work finally would begin and his answer always was "next week". Stupidly, I accepted that answer each time. When I finally pressed Alex, he admitted that he had given my payment to him to a sub-contractor who had "disappeared". Strangely, Alex would not identify that sub-contractor to me so that maybe I could find him. I have since attempted numerous times to phone Alex about his actually getting the job done or returning my money to me. Each attempt goes to voice-mail and he never returns my call. Future Roof & Restoration did a great job with our roof replacement! They met with us ahead of time and explained everything, giving us some good choices for new shingles and explaining all the things that they did to provide a long-lasting, durable roof that provides good protection for our home from the weather. Once the insurance money was in place and everything was ready to go, they did the replacement in one day and then came back and did quality control and touch-ups the next day.
