I purchased a pressure control valve for my boiler system, had it installed and the pressure was running high. I thought it was defective so I went back to store and spoke with store representative Mark (I believe his last name was Long). He took the time to thoroughly walk me through what the issue could be, explained the whole system educating me down to the details and gave instructions. I followed his instructions and everything works perfect now. Very professional, respectful and thorough. Thank you Mark!

They literally suck they claim that all because you don’t have an account with us you can’t do business with us with boilers. Meanwhile, I have only 30 years plumbing experience and I work out of another state so they can you know lose business of $5000 more that’s on them but they suck. They’re really really really suck. Please be careful when you use these people if I can give them zero I give them zero They don’t even deserve a star

This is a fantastic plumbing supply house . The staff is so friendly and easy to talk to . If they can't answer my question, they will find someone that can . As a plumber it's my absolute favorite supply house

Terrible customer service. Hours listed online say open till 5pm went one day after work to drop off a water sample got there at 4:30. Well the water guy leaves at 4pm everyday. Dropped off sample and they said okay we will call you in a day or 2. Nearly 2 weeks later and nothing. We were recommended to go here to buy our water softener for a new install and are just disappointed. Going to Longs instead.
