Russ provided some of the best customer service I have had in years. He called me back when he said he would. He found my part and shipped it overnight as I asked, which allowed me to get my heater fixed in the middle of winter. He then even called and followed up with me to make sure I was taken care of . Thank you for a great experience.

The guys at pleasantville webb are awesome. Always polite and full of knowledge. Very helpful. Mike walked down the isles with me and grabbed all the PVC I needed for my order. Absolutely awesome.

It’s nice enough store and the staff is helpful. However, I find this whole plumbing supply industry to be a scam. Regardless of whether it’s FW Webb, Ferguson, Weinstein, Kohler, etc there isn’t a price listed anywhere. You waste hours in the store only to find out the fixtures you picked out are over 10x more than your budget allows. I actually was quoted $36k, at a different store (to be fair) on fixtures for 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. Meanwhile, the $120 HD faucets in my apartment that have gotten heavy use for years have zero issues. Too rich for my blood I guess.

I have been dealing with FW Webb for a while now and I couldn’t be happier. It’s always a pleasure to work with a great team. John Unalt and Walter Schuelin handle my orders. These guys are always on the ball with everything for me. Brondon Smith is the delivery driver for my job site and the dude goes above and beyond for me out here. Just all around great people who I’m pleased to say we do business with!

Have lots of plumbing needs at my new home and this is my go to place to get the top items for my bathroom improvements! The team is so personable and knowledgeable and incredibly with their products! Kudos to Phil,Scarlett,Shsnnon and Cameo for excellent knowledge and service!!!
