Aweome staff and store, everyone in this location goes above and beyond helping find what you need in a timely manner. If they dont have it, they usually get it within a day or two.
Great helpful people. The sales staff will take the time to help me figure out what I need. One criticism: THE WEBSITE! Worst search engine ever. I can type in the manufacturer model number of a pressure relief valve and it will return nothing, or foil tape, or a pleated filter. You have to spend forever searching through categories.
Very helpful with a particularly tricky job for an amateur who doesn't know anything about plumbing! They were very friendly and professional as well.
I was greeted and asked I I w they might help me. Time was spent gathering and directing my attention to other products which may save me time and effort. Thanks
