F.W. Webb Company - South Portland

In the past I have used Webb for all my kitchen and bath projects and was very satisfied both with their service and their products. But my latest experience has changed my opinion of this company. The sales pro person took over a week to find out and inform me if the manufacturer had the part I ordered and when it would be delivered despite imperious requests. When the product ( a faucet ) arrived my plumber promptly picc cc med it up and installed it. After that bstss as liked we n out iced timidity things. The faucet we were shown in the showroom is not the one we received. It is almost visually identical (different type of spray actuators). More importantly the flow rate is 1.5 gpm compared to showroom model we were show of 1.8 gpm. Didn’t seem like much difference by the numbers bu

I've had a great experience with FW Webb. True, the have a wholesale section where they sell primarily to businesses, however, they also have a retail section and show room where you can look at the different products that they have. We use a lot of the FW Webb faucets and other items the ceramic faucets since they're easy to fix and they're decent quality for a decent price. They do have a limited quantity of items on their shelves but you can always go to inside sales & order hard to find items from them. They're very helpful in trying to find outdated or unusual products and offering solutions for those. I have used FW Webb in the past and will continue to use them going forward.

All of the FW Webb's that I've been to have been extremely helpful. There's always been somebody there to help me solve my problem and find what I need. I will continue to go back there for my plumbing needs. Quality products.

Can't reccomend them enough. Their hours aren't the best if you're not a contractor/have a full time job, but their care for the customer is just about the best I've seen anywhere. A few examples that come to mind: * I had to do some plumbing work on my house, and for part of it I needed 1.5" copper pipe. The only place that carrier it was F.W. Webb. But they only sold it in large sections, 10ft or something like that. The person who was helping me was surprised that they only had it in those sizes, and actively tried to do something so I could just get a smaller piece; and apologized when they couldn't work something out. * I was again doing some plumbing work and had a female to male adapter sheer off inside of a tiled wall. They sent me out back to talk to some guys about what the bes

We recently worked with Dustin at FW Webb in South Portland Me. Our project was a bathroom renovation. Between the well-stocked showroom and Dustin's expertise, we were able to see and touch all of the available products and select what was best for us. Dustin provided a great customer experience. He asked all of the right questions to help determine our needs and wants, provided feedback on each item, responded to my email inquires in a timely manner, and got everything right the first time. We were very pleased with Dustin and FW Webb and would recommend them without question.
