F.W. Webb Company - Springfield, MA

We purchased a Bocchi farmers sink from FW WEBB’s in Springfield. We wanted to open the box there at the store to make sure that we also received the kit (colander, roll up mat & cutting board) . We were told that it wasn’t necessary as they assured us that it was in the box. When we arrived home we found that the kit was NOT in the box. That had to be placed on order. Then we saw that there was a bubble on the right front side of the sink. We immediately called to see about getting another sink, it now has been 4wks, no follow up calls, emails or texts. We now had to turn the sink around, which made it extremely difficult for the plumber to put in the garbage disposal. This is extremely disappointing. Lousy customer service!!!

Great selection but no service on Saturdays. The associate was on the phone, and didn’t acknowledge me in any way. After about 10 minutes of browsing I left. I guess phone sales trump in store.

My go- to plumbing supply house in Springfield. Been buying materials for the city for many years. That speaks for itself

The springfield location is honestly the worst supply house I have ever had to get parts from. The registers are always empty and often the counter guys will stop your transaction to talk withsome who just walked in for sometimes 10 minutes at a time. Or even grab people in line behind you so they can talk with them. Wait time at the count is an average 10-20 minutes.
