I stopped by this afternoon to inquire about purchasing a hand held shower product to integrate with current shower system for my 83 year old mother. I immediately experienced a condescending attitude from the woman who works there. I was instructed to walk around and assess what they sell. I received no help then went direct down the street to purchase a product that met my specifications. The competitor had a welcoming staff, much larger showroom, and well orchestrated display of quality products to purchase.

Very helpful. As a homeowner, not a professional, they found me everything I needed and gave me great information.

This place is absolutely amazing. My fiancé and I were having an issue with our furnace and they immediately ordered a part and had it shipped to our house within 3 days! Outstanding customer service. The part was bent when it arrived but we are grateful on how fast the part was received

They had EVERYTHING I needed. I was running all over Rhode island looking for different brass parts to repair my heat system and they had it all. Their prices are a bit high but it's worth it when they have every part you need and service is as friendly and helpful as it is here.

Horrible customer service, I have been a plumber for over 30 years and never been talked to so disrespectfully at a supply house. I will talk to the general manager about Luke and his customer service. I hope management corrects this issue.
