G & B Insulation:

I would never hire this company. One of their vans is going up I 95 Van number 1635. Smoking a glass pipe it looks like a cracked pipe. I’m thinking I would not let them in my house.

Unfortunately I have to edit my review to reflect some of the interaction I had with the folks who run this company: First off, when I called to report that the garage door was malfunctioning, it took them two days to call back with an available appointment slot. I was told that the crew was already going to be in my area on that day. The crew who preformed the work was great, and the the screw that had fallen out of the bracket on the wall was screwed back in (I still had it). Then a voicemail was left a few weeks later, asking me why I hadn't paid my bill yet (never received it - not their fault, probably a postal mixup (new construction). I provided them with my email address and again - never received an invoice. On 4/4, I received another call, asking me when they can expect my

Still waiting on our garage door that was ordered wrong twice already. How does this happen. Once maybe but TWICE. Sad part is that they didn't have the decency to let us know the 3rd door is delayed another month. Mark had the audacity to say too me it sounds like I just want a new door. Are you kidding me??? I want what was paid for. Definitely wouldn't recommend them . I think I'm going to have to make more complaints with more review companies to get what was paid for.

We had a very bad experience with Mark Rollins Jr. of G&B. He installed a new door for our brand new double garage. The chain that lifts the door was loose and jumpy and the door gave us problems from basically month 1. Eventually, it became totally unusable and we called Mark for help. He said he'll come but wanted $150 just for the visit. We told him to forget it and called a competitor.

Chuck and all the G & B employees we met were wonderful. What a great company. We are 100% satisfied customers.
