After having been quoted for a landscaping job, Marcel suddenly disappeared. He ignored phone calls and text messages from my girlfriend. Then I call him and he picks up, set a date when to meet up again to talk about when we can start the work. That day came, he was a no show and did not pick up the phone when I called him. If a business can not take a job or does not want to, let the client know. Very unprofessional.
