G E Appliance Services

Do not buy General Electric appliances! These products are terrible. I have bought two full kitchen sets all brand-new general Electric appliances and out of all eight that I’ve purchased in the last six years only Only one still works and barely these products are absolute trash. GE should be ashamed of themselves for putting such terrible products out there.

Would give negative stars if I could. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the level of customer service this company offers. Will never shop again and hope others are warned to do the same! I purchased a window AC unit a little over a month ago and was unable to have it at my apartment so I went to Walmart to return it and get my $200 back. $200 is a lot when you work a low end wage job. Anyway they could not refund my money even though it was in the appropriate time frame to return it. That was because the serial number on the product did not match my receipt. Meaning the product was put into the wrong box. Keep in mind the product was BRAND NEW. Everything was in perfect condition and the box looked like it was straight from the manufacturer, not a returned product. Anyways they told me the

Kevin the service tech was so incredibly nice and very attentive to doing things right. We have used GE service twice now and it certainly makes us want to purchase GE products!!

Good communication and the tech was knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely purchase GE appliances from now on.

There are NO GE repairman in Bartlesville. I was given two phone numbers neither returned my call.
