I had called to ask about fixing a small section of hardwood floor after we pulled out old carpeting to finish the original hardwood floors. I wanted to call a small local company closer to my house to see what my options were. I told her our issues and wanted to see maybe what they could do or what would be our best options...maybe they could come out and fix the little bit of section, but before I could even finish telling the lady everything, she had assumed that I just wanted to buy some pieces of hardwood floor and said we don't sell any flooring pieces, bye bye... and hung up.
