We own a Sears Kenmore elite range and stove, and the computer operating board locked up in the push pad seized up on the oven door lock. We tried everything and could not get anything to work on the push pad. We simply called GM APPLIANCE on the phone, they asked for the model number and the serial number and make Gave us the instructions as to what to do over the phone and just moments problem was solved. these people are a great team. We’ve used them several times. They are really good people down home easy-going fairly priced and give excellent service. We recommend them highly to anyone who has a need of appliance repair or any of the other items that they have an expertise in.

Wow was referred to this business and I was so impressed with the quality of mechanic skills at this location. My generator went bad a year ago I took it to the dealer where I bought from for repair and they held it for about two months and couldn't find the problem 😪 now remember they're a genrac dealer...so I brought it home cause I knew it could be fixed.....spoke with a friend about my issue and that's when they referred me to G & M Outlet Inc. In Laurinburg NC...I recommend them to everyone....all small engine repairs and they do other stuff to. Thank you G &M

Called Thursday and was told by female employee to come in Friday before 11:30am and they would show me how to fix my weed eater. I took my weed eater in on Friday before 11:30 and was told I had to leave weed eater and they would fix for $50 and I could pick up in an hour. It is 3 hours later and still not fixed. I live out of town so I won’t be able to pick up until Monday since they are closed on Saturday. Will not use their business in the future due to their poor service.
