G. P. Wieland Builders did fantastic work on my son's over 100-year-old home. They were prompt and professional, assessed the situation carefully, began the work when scheduled, and finished about a week later. They installed beautiful new basement windows (resetting bricks that had loosened), repaired some squirrel damage on the 3rd floor eaves, and reconstructed the front porch, which included laying a beautiful new mahogany floor. We are so pleased! Their workmanship is unsurpassed! We give them the highest of recommendations!

What a great experience! G P Wieland did a wonderful job in renovating my master bath. It was a big project that involved gutting the room and moving a half wall (and getting rid of one too). They were very professional, thorough, and easy to work with! We loved the attention to detail and how clean they were (cleaned up every day)!! We later hired them to change our front door (including storm door) and shutters. Again the work was fantastic, thorough, and clean!! Highly recommend hiring them!

Greg is not only a master carpenter he has an eye and sense about sensitive restoration work. I have engaged him to do delicate restoration work at our church and most recently asked him to replace some poor carpentry work which was done earlier on our 1939 house.This latest project included matching original clapboard in a way that no one could tell that his work was not skillfully done in 1939. We were delighted. Like all good craftsmen he is very neat and leaves his work without any hints that a major renovation project had just occurred. This guys a true professional.

We contacted Greg about finishing our basement to create a in-law suite which included a bedroom, walk-in closet, full bath, kitchenette, living area, and plenty of storage. He and his team were awesome to work with. They were professional in all steps throughout the process. There were no surprises with the contract and all expenses which were above the initial estimate were explained ahead of time and due to our own desire for upgrades. The attention to detail his team has is amazing. They finished the space as if it was their own and we are so happy with it. We would recommend Greg to others without any hesitation. Our neighbors recently saw the space and told us they didn't even know any major renovation had occurred because of how considerate, quiet, and quickly Greg and his team

He is the only contractor I allow on my property with complete confidence. I trust Greg. He and his staff are the kind of people who are serious about their craft and it shows in everything they do. There are no unwanted surprises with Greg. He is an honest contractor! A rare and precious find.
