G-Pro Excavating & Landscaping

G-Pro is contracted to tear up and install new utilities on my street. Friday night of Memorial Day weekend at 9:30, I found water around my basement floor drain which I was certain was due to the road construction. I contacted the village utilities and they agreed as the laterals were very old and were getting replaced the following week. Most likely mine was disturbed enough from the road work and probably broke. They contacted G-Pro and they were prepared to come out right away; they are over an hour away! But I said we could wait till morning as it was dark and raining. They were here by 6:30am, dug up the old lateral which indeed was broken, and had it temporarily fixed by 8:30am!! I didn't get their names, but I so appreciated them for coming on a long weekend!!!

Interfering with the lane of traffic (potosi main highway) and down to one lane with no proper signage and they don’t have a flagger. Not too bright. Maybe all of the close calls weren’t enough and maybe they’re just waiting for an accident to happen.🤷‍♀️

These guys left their equipment parked on my property without asking for permission. They have also been unresponsive to phone calls. Not professional at all.

NOT impressed. They have been starting work prior to 7am which is against the city noise ordinance. I also have a piece of my brick work on my house now

They are supposed to trim the weeds around our building, but they always forget. They finally came, but only sprayed the weeds, not trimming them back. Looks horrible.
