This was a great team of people to work with. Mom, Dad, and Son. Denna was kind and responsive on the phone. Gary and Chad got the job done with quality and in a timely manner. I had my bladder tank for my well replaced and the baskets and pipes replace for my kitchen sink. Gray explained the issues and how they would fix them throughly. Gray also made me more knowledgeable on my well pump and things to watch out for. I was very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Gary came out to give me a quote to install a shampoo chair as well as several others, he was the fairest quote I received of 200-300 dollars. I decided to go with him because of this. After installing my shampoo chair he wouldn’t tell me a price in person and said he’d send me a bill. I knew something was up, I received the bill and he charged me over $1000 dollars. Laying himself for labor at over $100 dollars and hour. There was ZERO communication that there would be such a large increase number. He was rude when I asked him what had happened and how on earth a 3 hour job quoted at max $300 turned into $1000 dollars. I would NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. He was unprofessional, rude and straight out ripped me off. Go somewhere else!

The office was very timely returning my call which made me happy to begin with, and the quote was extremely reasonable, upon completion of the work I was extremely pleased with the quality and Gary was great to chat with and real respectful of my house. I'm a contractor myself so I'm very critical but this fella just hit the mark and I would do business with him again in a heart beat.

I had a quote done by this company and he was 1 hour late showing up. Said the job didn't seem possible, I advised him it's possible and asked so your just not interested in the job. He advised he wasn't because it's too hard of a job. He was unprofessional showing up late and seemed lazy. I wouldn't even recommend this company from just watching the guy walk to my front door!
