GS Floor Design installed our new carpet and a previous hard flooring. Regarding the previous laminate flooring- fantastic job! The job was done over 2 days and when they were done there wasn't a mess, just beautiful floors. Our carpet was more recent and it too was done​ very responsibly, and the finished look was fantastic. Absolutely recommend this business, we found them through Home Depot, and the cost was very reasonable.

Hired them through Home Depot to install my kitchen backsplash. The installer did an exceptional job! Very professional, competent, polite, and timely. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the job and would definitely hire again. I highly recommend their services.

G S flooring was hired through our Home Depot carpet purchase for my son’s new build room. While I understand some scuffs here and there are part of installation. These were some big gashes along our walls and trim. It was careless. Hinges were not taken off the door frame to minimize damage but rather separated by hammer. Chips in the wall, But according to them, this is “normal”. They asked if I had more paint so the guys who caused this could come back and “fix it”. These are gashes in the trim and no I don’t trust them to come back and paint or fix anything. Then when I get a call back for my complaint, they say that they didn’t get to come out to inspect anything.. they never said they wanted to inspect anything. I love the quality of the carpet. It’s fantastic. The workers did it. Excellent job they worked from in the minute. They showed up until after they cleaned up and left. It was great very professional. Would definitely recommend! The entire staff at GS Flooring from flooring selection to the last day of install were great. I was very unsure of having the flooring in my entire house replaced during a school week. I was worried that it would be very disruptive to my children and their routine. The installers were amazing and walked me through everything. They were very considerate of my children and made sure they were able to sleep in their beds each night. They also addressed all of my concerns, made sure to inform me of everything being done, answered all of my questions, and explained things I should do to care for my flooring. The installers were amazing! My floors are gorgeous!
