G. Sieri Builders was a pleasure to work with when remodeling my home . I purchased a small fixer-upper in Ocean City and Joe remodeled the kitchen living room and bathroom. I could not be happier with the outcome of my home. He coordinated all of the projects going on in the home with professionalism. The project came in on time and very close to budget. He was very empathetic to the fact I am a single mother and spared cost wherever possible without jeopardizing quality. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of home renovation .

We contracted with G. Sieri Builders to install new quartz countertops and a new glass tile backsplash. Our kitchen had the original formica countertop and ceramic tile backsplash that was put in when the house was built in 2003 Joe sent me a pic on Friday 11/18 after they were done tiling. My wife and I went down and inspected the work that evening. There was a tile that was broken in two places. The cuts were jagged, not clean (they looked like they were cut with a jackhammer). The tile on the right side of the window was not cut properly to fit around the sill. They had a large spot where they just filled it in with grout (the right side looked fine). My wife and I hired G. Sieri builders in the summer of 2022 to renovate our kitchen. We were working with limited space, as we were unable to expand beyond our existing footprint. Joe and his team did a great job suggesting design tweaks to our original ideas. The end result was a kitchen that I still think of as "new," and love cooking in every day. This spring we hired G. Sieri again to do a remodel of our bathroom: ripped out the tub to add a walk-in shower, redo cracked drywall from when we lifted our house eight years ago, install a new toilet, and add some lights. Again, we were working with a small footprint and Joe was able to help us plan our design. At every stage of both of our remodel jobs Joe and his crew were available, responsive, and dependable. We hired Joe to remodel our kitchen, install new flooring and update our fireplace. Joe and his team did an excellent job on these tasks. They were easy to work with and were readily available when we reached out to them. They transformed our kitchen into a beautiful showpiece. They built a mantle for the fireplace that also included new granite on the sides and floor. The projects were completed on schedule and exceeded our expectations.
