I have used G. Talleys flooring company for several rooms in my "new" to me home. Just had them out again for a small utility room flooring and it looks great. His staff all works together well, timely and trustworthy. Communication is of high standards, from the time I ordered with Meg to the complete installent. He maintained a high level of transparency throughout the entire excavation and installation process, keeping us fully informed and involved. G. Talley Carpet & Floor did an incredible job installing hardwood floors in our entire first floor (living room, dining room, kitchen, and piano room). Both Garrett and Meg were very informative and their kindness shined through the entire experience. They put us at ease and we felt confident with their expertise and professionalism. Beyond expectations! Garret and Meg are incredible. The crew is professional and courteous. Garret and Meg explained the entire process, as well as cost-efficient ways we could save, which was incredibly thoughtful. They are experts in their field. They were able to educate me in color matching, which made a huge difference in the overall look. I wouldn't have been able to find the perfect match without them. I had complicated closing and timing issues, and they resolved everything with professionalism and efficiency - it took a lot of stress off of me and my family, and I am very grateful. Very easy and reliable company to work with. Meg was awesome with letting us look at and change various samples because she wanted us to be happy with our choice. We had 1 bedroom done, old carpet removed and new install. They were on time and it only took their team 1 hour to complete. Everything was done nicely and installation crew was professional. I will be choosing them for future rooms and carpet needs!
