Went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Every person who represents GW Heating was exceptional, caring, and polite. They stayed in touch before the project started to the very end. Worked in zero temps with NO complaints. Extremely satisfied!

Disappointed. Was a 13 year customer. Woke up w no heat on Sunday. Called and left message at 7:30am. Didn't get a call back until 11am. Had someone else here by that time so said I was all set. However, person didnt have the part needed (I have boiler heat). Called back and left a message to have GW return, but that call was never returned.

This is the one and only place that you should be calling if you have any heating, cooling, or hot water heater issues. These are the most friendly and professional group of workers you will ever meet. They are always willing to go the extra mile, explain things clearly, and make sure the job is done as smoothly as possible. Whether it’s a major install or routine maintenance, this is the only place my family, friends, and coworkers trust to get the job done right every time. Thanks for the great service!

Have used G & W for years. Outstanding, reliable, and honest service. Highly recommend. Especially hats off to worker Adam. So knowledgeable.

All of the people here are great, they do fair business, and I think they have the best furnace installers in the state.
