Fast-forward to this fall — flipped on the heat and got… well, “brisk” air. One quick call later, they offered same-day service (but I took next-day so I could mentally prepare to feel warmth again). Josh showed up, after texting updates like a NASA launch director, and then proceeded to give me a masterclass in HVAC wizardry. He found the issue, fixed it fast, sanded carbon off the igniter like a blacksmith restoring Excalibur, cleaned everything up, and left it running better than new. The bill? Sixty-five bucks.
