If I was able to give 10 stars I would. Adam came in and was very professional and thorough. We have had trouble from the time that we moved into this Richmond new build home. It seemed that everyone from every company that came was just blowing smoke. Well now we have blowing air! Thank you Adam for taking your time and doing things right! I called Gabriel when our air conditioning went out. He and Hector showed up the next morning ready to help. He was able to show me that our compressor was bad and with a thorough inspection found some other items in need of repair. Since our AC unit was older, we made the choice to get a brand new unit. I could not be more pleased with the level of customer service and repair job Gabriel and team provided. I reached out to Gabriel last minute to assist with an urgent ac repair job in mid-july. Not only did Gabriel take call on the weekend. He f/u up first thing the next morning. Gabriel is extremely thorough and walked me through everything that was going on with my unit. 5 Stars! A few weeks ago (8/27) I noticed that my A/C was lagging so I found Gabriel on Google and called him. Am glad I did call, he was able to stop by and take a look at my unit he made some recommendations and we scheduled the work for the next day. I am very happy with his work and his customer service.
