Gagne is the best HVAC company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My experience started with Rick, who quoted me on some indoor air quality products and a new gas furnace. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood what I was getting, and how it compared to the alternatives. He also came prepared with lots of other useful information about HVAC work, like what due diligence questions you should ask any contractor you work with, what their standard work scope is (also shared by the other two companies I was quoted by, but Gagne's is one or two cuts above), and which companies in the area are owned by PE (not all PE Is bad, just understand owner incentives). Everyone that I have dealt with at Gagne is exceptional. Their level of professionalism and knowledge is incredible.
