we chose Gainesville Flooring because of their ratings from other customers. Our sales rep was Ed and he showed us the difference between them and others. After choosing the carpet of choice within a week had two guys (a father & son duo - Ken and Clayton) professionally install our new carpet in two bedrooms in an exceptional time! Excellent experience with these folks. Andrew was able to show me big remnants at super low prices that we could use to cover our basement staircase. They had installers on hand and did the job exactly when we wanted them to - all at a reasonable price. Super quality and skill. The stairs look great!

We just had the flooring replaced on our entire main floor. Tile in the master bathroom, and laminate flooring everywhere else. The entire project only took 2 days. The sales rep, Karen Henderson, was amazing. She helped us pick products that would be best for our life and family style, and answered all questions. The installation crew was very good too. Professional and efficient. My only complaint is that communication with the installation crew wasn't the best. But we're still very happy with the finished project. Definitely would recommend them.

I couldn’t be happier with Gainesville Flooring. I had a rug that Roomba destroyed. I had this company cut off the fringe edges and serge the ends. It looks phenomenal. They matched the existing wool perfectly, and the price was more than reasonable.
