Horrible company because the owner Jim is the one that does all the work too he’s extremely very rude and the work he did replacing the fan should be illegal pretty sure there shouldn’t be wires sticking out of the top looks dangerous to me then he told me if I didn’t change my tone with him he would make me sit in the house longer with no air conditioning next time it goes out because unfortunately we are renters to a property manager that hires him to replace there air conditioner on their properties we are good renters mind you so I guess we have no choice but i would stay far away from this company just look at the black taped wires coming out of the top of our unit lol smh horrible and also he’s lazy he complains when he has to come out to clean the unit because it will start leaki

Our AC broke at night, and Gainesville Heating and Air Conditioning was there first thing in the morning. Prompt, courteous, and very effective. Technician was polite and experienced. Great company to work with.

Jim was an incredibly nice, respectful, and knowledgeable individual. He is the owner of this company and the one who performs the physical work and repairs. He’s made two trips to us for two separate issues within the last month, and fixed the issues very quickly both times. I highly recommend this company and the services provided. If you need A/C work or have other air quality related concerns, you will be in good hands!

Awful...woman in the office did her best to talk me OUT of an appointment, as unit is only 5 years old and maintenance should still be covered under original warranty. What? Since when is maintenance covered under a warranty? Canceled first appointment, last minute, and Jim finally came today. Clearly, did not want to be here, unhappy and condescending. Immediately suggested I have Lennox conduct future inspections/work. Stated unit was undersized for the house, despite a fairly new, (I'm sure) inspected, unit prior to original occupancy. Questioned him about what I thought was an external air intake switch and he stated "it" was not what I thought, but upon questioning him, he had no idea what "it" was. How would he know what it wasn't if he didn't know what it was? A+ BBB rating? Rea
