We recently had a kitchen remodel and flooring project with GK&B. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. They are very professional, responsive, and thorough. There were never any added costs or unreasonable delays in the project. When it was finished, they sent someone very competent to fix any little issues or concerns that we had. Plus, their warranty is better than anyone else you will find. My only complaint, and it is minor and has nothing to do with the quality of work, is the web site that you use to track the progress (we were out of town for the entire time). The schedule is good and is kept up to date but the updates/pictures did not occur on a very frequent basis. Like I said, it is a minor thing.
