I have used Gainesville Mechanical for several years to maintain my 3 HVAC systems. I have been very happy with my service technicians especially Jason Ketring. When I had to replace my basement system Jason did a fabulous job on the proposal. Jason made sure the system was sized correctly and was the proper model for my house. The pricing was very competitive as I did get other estimates. The financing option was a factor in my selection as well.

Got a new hvac unit with Gainesville mechanical and the process was smooth and seamless. The service tech Jason took his time showing us where and how our old unit was failing and talked us through our options for replacement. I had a "top-of-the-line" 25 SEER, 5-ton Lennox system installed 10 years ago. Although it was quoted to last another 25 years, the system was riddled with problems from the start. As soon as the warranty expired, so did the unit. Despite professional maintenance throughout its life, it simply didn't hold up. I recently chose Gainesville Mechanical to install a complete 22 SEER, 5-ton unit. The price was nearly identical to what I paid 10 years ago. Their efficiency was impressive; the system was installed within two weeks of purchase—and that was only because I chose to schedule around the Thanksgiving holiday.
