I wish I could leave zero stars. Do yourself a favor and hire anyone else. He didn't show up to an appointment to which I had to drive an hour and twenty minutes. When I called him for an explanation/update on our appointment, his explanation was "I missed it" and "I'll pass." A little more background--I am a realtor and needed a bunch of work done on this house before putting it on the market. He went on to say he didn't want the work because realtors are always just looking for free quotes. This was not the case here, as my seller was looking to have the work done immediately prior to listing. I explained all of this to him, and he then hung up on me.
