We had to have them come out early on a Saturday morning. They were here within an hour and fixed my well quick!

We lost the pump on Saturday. I called these folks and few hours later they showed up. Checked things out and sure enough it was the pump. They said they would try to get the guys together and do it Sunday but might be Monday. I understand that. So Sunday morning early around 830 they show up. By 11 they are done. We got water. Thank you for helping us out. Friendly and reliable.... wow I wrote this yr and a half ago but didn't hit the post button. 🙃

I found Mr.Gainous from a friend’s recommendation who is a pool contractor himself and he told me that “this man has some of the best running wells and cleanest work he’s seen in 20 years of doing pools.” So I called him and talked with his Secretary and found her to be in and of itself super knowledgeable. She passed my number and Mr. G was quick to respond and met me the following day to discuss my issues with my well. I went with his recommendations to install a larger pump and tank and run a larger line to my house. He arrived right when he said he would a few days later and went straight to work. He was very fast and professional and explained things to me in non well guy language. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he shook my hand and looked me in the eyes and thanked me befo

Was nice at first. Once he got your money he had a nasty attitude. Will not call them again .

Fantastic Service, Fast and Friendly..I called at 8:00am , before 4:00pm The Same Day -- New Pump and All Electrical Wires Had Been Replaced . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
