I'm visiting here in Jacksonville NC from Florida. Crew was at a Circle K servicing the property. Guy was blowing clippings right into traffic. My car happened to be wet from the rain this morning. Now I need to wash it. Pulled into the Circle K to grab a drink. Couple guys standing at the truck. When the guys blowing got done, I witnessed who I believe is the boss or crew leader. He started berating them telling them that they are going to wash the truck because they apparently spilled gas on the tailgate and down rear quarter panel. Looked to keep like those guys weren't trained properly. Equipment ought to be filled inside the trailer to avoid messes on properties but berating them in public just makes for a horrible work environment. It's always best to lead by example! They do nothing more than blow leaves and debris into neighboring properties. Their response was indignant. I do not recommend their services unless you have a vendetta against your neighbors.

The work was decent, but the one star review is for the crew. Multiple well loved and used tools went missing while crew members were present on the property. If you think a petite blonde does not notice when her tools vanish, you are very mistaken...especially when they are not used for landscaping. Manage your crew members better and have some respect for the owners who have entrusted you.

Gainus has done a great job for us over the last several years. They have also killed ants and weeds for us. Our yard always looks beautiful when they are finished.
