Our insurance company recommended Gaius Construction to us after the large hail storm ran through our city, earlier this year. We are SO glad we didn't sign with the other vulture contractors scouring our neighborhood. Mr. Lee went over our home, sent the info to our insurance company, then sat down with us to over everything. He was knowledgeable, thorough, patient and most important understanding. He gave us a reasonable estimate and was prepared when the day came to start the job. His team was quick and very efficient. I had one of the most delightful encounter with Gaius and his crew during this pandemic! Our new home needed many repairs in which it consisted of siding, soffit, fascia, gutter replacement, and a new garage door that Gaius had fixed so beautifully! As you can see from the before and after photos, Gaius had turned our home from a very dull beige to a smooth Newport bay blue, along with a pearl white garage. I don't know too much about home repairs, but he explained everything so thoroughly and easily for me to understand. I was grateful that he took the time to break down all the repairs needed, costs, and market costs to not only myself but my parents and siblings.
