Very honest , fair and quick repair service! Franke came to diagnose and fix our appliance same day. He charged us half of the cost of what Mr. appliance wanted to charge us. We will be using his services from now on and recommend him to everyone that we know. It’s very hard to find honest companies nowadays who have honor in their work ethic.

Dealt with so much pain from another company for 2 weeks. Frank came out and not only fixed my refrigerator same day, he did it for half the price and explained everything! Amazing company and the attention to detail is beyond!

On September 17, 2025 I placed a service call to Galaco Appliance Repair Plus, our cloths washer had stopped working and needed to have it fixed. A gentlemen named Frank responded to the call and came to my house in a few hours. Frank took a look at the washer and after evaluating it decided that it needed a new part, he suggested that I pay for the part and his labor at that time, I agreed and gave him a check for $375.00. A few days later Frank returned to the house apparently with the new part, he worked on the washer for a while, he said it was fixed and left. Next day the washer was still not working, so I called Galaco again, now Frank said it needed a different part and had to order it. Frank returned with apparently a different part and spent about 2 hours trying to get the washer

Quickly responded to our beverage cooler problem. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommended to anyone in need of any type of appliance repair.

The guests at one of our vacation rentals were complaining about the noisey washer. I called Frank and he was there within few hours. He could have charged me for a new water pump but did NOT!!! Instead he cushioned and stabilized the vibration. So the guests are happy (see photo) , I saved money. and I have a new HONEST plumber. ... THANK YOU Frank!
