We met with a few kitchen contractors/designers prior to meeting with Rich. What really stood out about Rich was his transparency with cost and options. One thing that we had found from other contractors was that they weren't always able or willing to give a detailed breakdown of the costs and the final price which made us uncomfortable for such a big investment. Rich measured at our home, asked us what we were looking for and then about 2 weeks later we met at his showroom and he had ideas already displayed for us (cabinet colors based on our home color scheme as well as our stated preferences during our initial meeting). He spent a lot of time with us in the showroom while we tried out different counter top options and eventually decided on a different counter than what he had chosen.

We are Beyond thrilled with how our kitchen turned out. Rich was with us every step of the way and we could not be happier. Rich has an incredibly hard-working and reliable staff. This project was kept on pace and completed by the promised timeline. Rich is truly gifted in the ways of spatial design and utilizing space.
