I met John, the owner of Galaxy Home Services, though multiple neighbors who have used his electrical company in the past. He is honest, knowledgeable, prompt, reachable and just a good guy. John recommended an updated transfer switch for my home and he even searched out cost saving deals for me to purchase a new generator. John installed my Generac generator a few years ago and has continued to service it. He is responsive, professional, reliable. As an older widow I appreciate being able to rely on him. Today he helped me trouble shoot a problem with the generator so he didn’t have to make a service call, saving me a lot of money. I think most other companies would just want the service call $$.
