Aaron, the maintenance technician was thorough and very professional. I was impressed by his personal opinions and observations of my systems. Aaron’s personality made me confident that Galbreath Heating and Air is the company to continue provision of heating and air services on our Lennox units. I am very satisfied with the overall professionalism from Laura (initial phone contact) to the service visit with Aaron. Our technician, Gil was professional and fast! We were having a system maintenance, so it wasn’t a long process. (We love that Galbreaths sends a little bio of the technician with a photo before they arrive. It’s such a wonderful, personal touch.)

Galbreath has been servicing all of my homes for the past 2.5 years and they still consistently go above and beyond every time! On Monday, I reached out to them at 3:30 because my system was not turning on. Against the clock with young kids and the fact that it was going to get close to freezing, Mr. Galbreath had someone out at my home before 5 pm and had the problem diagnosed, and everything running smoothly before 6! Mr. Steven Whitehurst, who was the technician who came, was extremely knowledgeable and professional, as well as courteous while inside our home! Thank you Galbreath team for the quick response, quality work, and amazing customer service, every single time!
