Gale Insulation

I want to give you a huge shout out To this company, they were great with Getting me the proposal display for my metal building in my wife’s sea shed. I did take some time getting back to them and they still honored their price. When I was ready, they had me on the schedule and they were out the day. They said they would be there. Their guys that came out were very professional and just really cool guys. I do want to recognize Mike Miller. He really did go above and beyond and made the experience amazing. I highly recommend this company if you need any insulation whatsoever. Again, thank you guys so much

These guys knocked it out of the park for me. I have a 30x50 garage that Carlos & Steven spray foamed for me and it could not have come out any better. True craftsman of their trade. Johnathan was the sale rep and he was wonderful to work with. And on top of it all, it was at a great price. Thank you

The builder used gale. I paid around 20k extra for white/gray cabinets, soft close in kitchen. They messed up the space for the dishwasher so it doesnt fit right. They messed up a tight corner not accounting for hardware making it so one drawer doesnt open. They came to fix it by taking out the drawer and replacing with a taller door. So i oost a drawer after paying extra to get two extra drawers initially. They wont offer anything like blind cabinet access options and they wont work with you. I tried but even though that corner was their mistake they really didnt make it right satisfactorily. They had over four inches of space next to fridge and had they not done that it would have fit just fine.

I had not had the experiences that a few others have said on the reviews. I had blow in insulation done and the experience was great. The estimator/salesman (Chris) was professional, prompt, and answered all my questions about the installation. The woman who took my payment was very nice to talk to very professional and got me scheduled. The installer(s) (Thomas and young lady) were great also. They came in the window given, professional, and went to clean up afterwards. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience!!! I'm noticing a big drop in the number of times my ac is running. I went with R30 (10"). I was informed by Chris to put a few bats around my attic access opening, worked fantastic. Yeah, I would use them again. I will be recommending to all the folks I know. We purchased our new build Lennar home back in 2020 and just had the master bathroom mirror randomly fall off of the wall and shatter at 3am. Food for thought, if someone were in the bathroom when it happened this would be a very different review. Lennar said "not it" and told us to call the installers (Gale). I'm waiting for a call back, but after reading these reviews I doubt I'll receive one. Total lack of sympathy and accountability which is the most disappointing part. If moisture and uneven walls, due to house settlement over time, can interfere with mastic's durability and performance, why not install a couple clips while you're at it??
