Gale Insulation

The good: I used their services before and they provided a great quote and the service was what I expected. That bad: they did not inform me that two workers were coming to my house to do the job, two guys just showed up. Luckily I was on my way out the door to go to work or else nobody would have been home to let them in. I tried to contact the company three times to schedule another job, I was told I'd be contacted by a sales representative, but that never happened.

Thank you Lisa Velasquez you and your team provided great customer service from the start until our project was completed!! Everything was done professionally and even the clean up was amazing!!

Located south of I-10 (under the Piedras St bridges and north of railroad tracks) on Durazno St. Best way in is Copia St south from I-10 to Durazno and turn West until you reach the bridges and they are on the right. You can pass the bridges and turn around (also can park on west side of bridges). Tight backing into docks.

Unfortunately this company's poor quality and lack or willingness to honor their warranty, has resulted in us having to shell out more money to fix their "work". Gale insulation refuses to answer their phones or communicate a resolution to the services they provided and were paid for.

I called, the clerk who answered my call seemed uninterested in my business. She said a salesman would return my call. Nobody ever called me back. Oh well. Plenty of fish in that ocean.
