We are very pleased with our experience, as we required an extensive conversation and work up. Cody was the epitometone of wise. While taking his time to explain the processes and what was involved, he showed us pictures, defined functions, as to how the system could be improved. He did so in a way as not to be economically harmful, But beneficial for our future. We intend on using the services that he offered to us, Because we truly understand the dynamics as what is required for our home. While we initially probably would have only spent a portion of six to seven thousand, We instead are intending on purchasing an entire system of thirty five thousand because of his time, wisdom and expertise. Thank you for giving us some one of that caliber to come to our home. We are very grateful.

Workers left wires, wood pieces they cut, and a circuit breaker laying on the ground under my electrical panel. PVC drains coming out from under the gable weren't sealed/caulked in any way. Brand new AC unit came damaged out of the box, nothing that would cause it not to operate but when I am buying a brand new unit, I expect it to be installed without any damage. For whatever reason I bunch of my insulation in the attic was piled up into a corner and left there. Best I got when I called them was a "We're sorry about the garbage and unsealed pipes coming out of the wall and we will order you a new panel for the unit." I have been a customer of Gallagher's Plumbing, Heating & Air for a couple of years now. I have had a positive experience in the past with servicing my HVAC unit. Today was the first time I have had anyone from their plumbing department out to my home. The employee, Pedro, was very thorough and informative. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. There were some issues with water drainage in a pipe on my property. He was able to not only look at it, but clearly understand what we were describing has been happening and then give us several different possible things of how to take care of it. He was not being a pushy salesman, but rather a knowledgeable employee letting us know that anything we decided was our choice. We were very pleased to have his assistance today.

Can’t speak to their workmanship because they don’t show up to their appointments. Twice now they just didn’t show up without a call or text - no update. After no-showing to the first appointment, they claimed they called me but opted to not leave me a voicemail. ….? I also requested a quote for an AC installation, and it’s been going on 6 weeks without receiving it. Everyone’s time is valuable, but they seem to treat you as if yours isn’t.

Update 12/18: moved and the hvac system absolutely died last week. Gallaghers went to work faster than anyone else in town (I called to get quotes and time frames). From "we need to shut off the gas to the unit for safety" and "we're ready to start install" was 2 working days. Gallagher's financing guy (bob--who is hardworking and honest) came out late in the evening same day to get our unit ordered and financing done. The techs who were out monday-wednesday are so very polite! They kept us informed each day what they were seeing under the house and what they were doing (it was awesome to see David again. He and his team are great). SNAFU occurred with our hot water heater when the gas was turned back on but gallaghers had their plumber here in two hours and got it fixed. A lot of folk kno
