John was friendly, punctual, and did a great job hand-trimming our wool runners. He cleaned every speck of dirt out of the rugs, gave me helpful advice on which scissors to buy for future trimming, and was upfront with pricing so there were no surprises. Highly recommend!

When it was time to clean my own pieces I was happy to try out their new drop facility near my local Safeway. Tyler helped me there. Expert knowledge and care is again what I received.
