We recently upgraded our home heat pump system and, after receiving estimates from several companies, decided to move forward with GallettAir. While they were not the lowest-priced option, the salesperson stood out by clearly explaining the system, the installation process, and—most importantly—the strength of their service department. This morning, on the eve of a major storm, we woke up to find that our heat pump was not operating. Despite the call being placed before normal business hours and under challenging weather conditions, GallettAir promptly dispatched a technician. They were a pleasure to have in our home. They answered all of our questions. I feel confident that it was properly done. GallettAir is also our service company. I called them when our 22 year old furnace started making loud noises. They diagnosed that our blower motor was failing. I confirmed their determination. We decided to replace the aging furnace rather than just replace the blower. Their initial proposal was quite pricey. We did our due diligence and got several lower competing bids. My 92 year old mom had no heat and the owner of the company, Carmine Galletta responded to our call and went absolutely above and beyond to service my mom's unit. Instead of just saying my Mom needed a new unit, he explored all options and was able to repair the unit at a reasonable charge. For a senior living on a fixed income this was good news! I cannot rate the GalletAir higher than five on here, but they deserve 10! We lost heat on New Year’s Day, they came out several hours later, and got us up and running. Then, there were other issues with our heating system that started to fail after the initial visit, and they continued to return, fixed it, and promised that they would get us heat- and they did. The crew is great. The owners are great, they are by far the best HVAC company around.

By far the one of the most professional services on Long Island! I had used GalletAir to install my AC unit and they went above and beyond, installing the system professionally, ensuring a clean setup and proper duct usage to keep my attic clean. What set's them apart is their customer service. I used someone else for my boiler replacement less then 10 years ago but it has never worked right, nor had adequate service. GalletAir came to check for a replacement as I was told that the size of my boiler would not adequately heat my home. They could have just priced and replaced my boiler. Instead, they took the time to properly inspect the boiler, realize it needed a proper maintenance, and did not upsell me on quite a costly change. On top of it all, they didn't charge me a thing.
