My Dad called them explaining what type of garage door he was having problems with. The repairman said " those aren't the brand we put in, but we can work on yours." So they came walked around looking at it, said the problem was the rails need taken off and put back up that was the problem, garage door was rubbing. These characters knew nothing about how to repair the garage going up or down. Then told my Dad, unless you would want us to install a new garage system!!! Ahh. Nooo!! Said they could fix his problem for around $ 300.00 Dad told them " just tell me what I owe you for coming out." $ 55.00 can u believe that. They left, I called garage door company, had the door working again, just needed password re-set. DON'T call them unless you want your elderly parent ripped off

Gallia Overhead Doors sells Clopay doors and also Liftmaster and Lineer openers. They will try to diagnose other openers that people have bought from Lowe's, Home Depot ,eBay or other places like that, but sometimes that's like a Ford mechanic trying to diagnose a Dodge. They are like other businesses where they can't just send a truck and a man out for nothing. Right now due to covid they are having trouble getting everything they need on the same delivery truck. I understand it's that way with other companies.

Very responsive and quick to get my garage door fixed. Professional, courteous and respectful. Fixed a 50 year old garage door, replaced springs, adjusted everything and the door works smoother than it has in years. Thank you for the great job!

I will never use them again or recomend them to anyone. Very bad customer service charge to fix their mistake . Very unprofessional.
