Gallo’s Chimney & Masonry

We recently had Gallo’s Chimney come out for an inspection and cleaning, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dave and Darren were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived on time and shared everything they planned to do before getting started. Throughout the visit, Dave explained their findings in a way that was easy to understand, pointed out a few things we never would have noticed on our own, and offered honest recommendations without any pressure or upselling. That level of transparency is rare and genuinely appreciated. The cleaning itself was thorough, efficient, and done with great care for our home. When they finished, they made sure everything was spotless and took the time to answer all questions. The experience was so great that we had them back a week later

After a not so pleasant interaction with one of the company's employees, the owner personally oversaw every detail of my chimney liner installation. He was courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. They arrived on time despite the weather conditions and left the area where they were working cleaner than it was before they arrived. Will definitely call again for chimney maintenance.

10/10 would recommend Gallo’s to anyone! They have gained a customer for life. Dave and Daren did extensive work on both of my chimneys and fire insert. Dave kept me in the loop every step of the way since I couldn’t be at the property all day. Sent pictures and videos of everything before and after. Made sure everything was up to code and properly fixed while also being very professional. These guys are incredibly hard workers and do great work at a fair price which is hard to come by these days.

Excellent work! They repaired our chimney quickly and did a fantastic job. The crew was courteous, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was safe . They even explained everything to my little boy who so interested in their work. The finished job looks great, and they cleaned up completely afterward. Highly recommend their services!
